I am very fond of CHETAN BHAGAT novels and really like all of his novels. Even when I started reading novels, I have read 2 states first of all. When his novel HALF GIRLFRIEND was about to come I was very excited for it and the novel did not disappoint me as well. I liked the story of the novel and its characters. But talking about the movie I am little bit disappointed because I have high expectation from the movie as I have already read the novel. I know it is very hard to show 300 pages plot in just 2 hour and 16 min but in spite of this fact there were lot things to be taken care of.
MUSIC: The music is just toooooo awesome. All the songs are very touchy and soulful. I don’t think that there is any person who did not like the songs at all.
I use to listen only half girlfriend’s song on repeat mode these days. I specially Love mai fir b tmko chahunga and stay a little longer with me.
Story: As the novel is itself great the story is awesome but because it is based on novel it seem there are inconnectivity in scenes. but overall good story.
performance: both arjun and shraddha kapoor had done a great job and there was no issue regarding performances.
CINEMATOGRAPHY: overall average there was lot more work to accomplish.
DIRECTION: I have more expectations from MOHIT SURI and surely he did not meet with the expectations.
And more thing I want to ask you guys is there is any chance to go at the top of the INDIA GATE as shown in the movie. I think they people gave us false idea about that.
As I am living in DELHI and was completely annoyed with the bullshit idea of it. If you guys are agree with me then please let me know in comment box and give your idea about this scene in the movie.
