The movie defines the modern concept of relationship. We all have come across such characters in our live who would just fit right into the generic character considered debatable in the lines of her choices regarding not being fully satisfied with a guy as his girl-friend but still wants to hang out with him for fun. Half-girlfriend is the book adaptation of(half girlfriend) itself, written by Chetan Bhagat. The movie narrates the twisted love story of a guy played by arjun kapoor who hails from Bihar and the girl next door from the outskirts of the city. The plot of the movie is just as well known for those who have already read the novel. The cast performances in terms of the character they play is just satisfactory, not to forget the amount of effort Arjun Kapoor has outwit to master the scenes as a basketball player. Cinematography is average while music just fits the gap to the otherwise monotonous romantic movie. Got to be honest the movies is mediocre.
