I was both a buyer and seller on Half.com for a long time. Many of the DVDs listed on Half.com are done so on the premise that these are made in the US. How False/ Most DVDs have been made in intl. markets for eons. Even if labeled Region 1, they are made abroad. A few times customers demanded full return postage refunds for items sent exactly as advertised. Does Walmart, BB or
Barnes/Noble give transportation, parking or shipping refunds. A few times HC refunded buyers money even though I had not received the items. Try getting a refund from any other place while keeping the item.
In looking for VHS, CDs, books and DVDs, I found the choices to be quite limited and ignoring some of the classics. One can go easily to Ebay and find many more listings, even though the two are supposed to be a part of each other. When items arrived that did not meet my standards,
Refunds werent that easy compared with Amazon. I suggest for current listings as well as those of many classics as well as coordinated operating policies, one can do much better on othe sites including Ebay and Amazon. For books there are better choices with representatives who Pay Attention to customer suggestions and comments, rather than just blowing them off using form response letters.
