Recently, bought a 12W halonix wifi enabled led & found that brightness is good and can be reduced between 0% to 100% through application from smart phone, however It won’t work with your Mobile hotspot It can only be integrated with a router and an internet connection still good control of brightness and multiple changing colours option along with integration with Alexa & Google home is big plus, overall good product and worth of buying.
