Recently visited Hamley’s, whoever is going GaGa about Hamley’s store in Kochi has no clue about its history and what it was for years around the globe. SINCE reliance bought Hamleys they have really cheap made local stuff for kids and all the outdated toy’s in the store.
The toy’s they are selling is over priced and the same toy’s you will get in Broadway or other big toy stores in Kochi.
Visiting Hamley’s was one experience, it cannot imitate its London store but atleast the feel of it, zilch.
Such a pathetic customer service on top, it doesn’t feel we are in old Hamleys who use to sell good products with great quality. Hamley’s has certainly lost it charm.
We atlast bought some toys from crossword less varieties but of good quality.
