I hope you are doing well. Today I sharing my personal experience and tips how I Handling Depression.
Personal experience - When I was in 12 standerd then I was in hostel and that was Awesome days really I miss those days heartly. My BOARD EXAM preparation was no so good and in final Exam I was not performing well that was Chemistry Exam and I really too upset because I never failed before and I was thinking too much so many thoughts was going on my mind. Actually I most afraid about family reputation and I clambered top of the roof. And sudden a thought strike on my mind that was MY MOTHER ALWAYS SAYS IN PHONE CALL "DONT WORRY NOTHING IS IMPORTANT ONLY ONE THING IS IMPORTANT THAT IS YOU". And I came down and call to my mother and talked with her and said all things and also about my examination. She support me a lots and from that times I never took wrong decision.
Tips -1. Always connect with your family friend and some one special they always motivate you and please share any one about your situation, you feel relaxe.
Always live with someone never live alone my experience said "IF YOU ARE WITH SOME ONE THEN ALWAYS HAPPY BUT IF YOU ARE ALONE THEN DEFINITELY YOU BORE".
When feel said and have any problem and you have not any solution then best thing is you do your favourite thing, you will see within 1 hr you will get solution.
