Handling Stress

I will mention below ways in handling stress:

Do’s in Handling Stress:

a) Do make time for yourself.  What you can do is, pamper yourself by taking a warm bath.  Also, drink some Chamomile tea.  It relaxes the body.

b) Do exercise.  Jogging, stretching, or yoga 20 minutes per day, three days per week.  It relaxes the muscles and clears the head.

c) Do find time to laugh.  Laughter is the best remedy for stress.  Find ways to laugh, either watch a funny movie, or laugh at your own mistakes.

d) Do visualize.  Visualize a serene setting.  For example, laying on the warm sand of the beach.  Listen to the waves and feel the warm sun touching your skin.

Don’ts in Handling Stress:

a) Don’t take excessive, fats, caffeine, alcohol, sugar, and avoid smoking.  Since it’s harmful in the body.

b) Don’t take too much amount of responsibilities if you feel stressed.  There are ways you can delegate.
