Here in this topic the killer is a deadly disease knows as STRESS. I have passed this stage and witnessed the fall of my career, loss of my job and innumerable days of hue and cry. Anyone can become a victim of Stress and if you are not having the courage and the fighting spirit you will end up falling slave for this and this phase may result in some serious consequences which could even lead to suicidal attempts and ruining of life.
I have seen so may careers getting destroyed, people losing their lives and making suicidal attempts.
Just wanna share my real life experience where I passed this stage and came out of it fighting hard and progressed and got back to the top again. I was an Asst manger in one of the world’s largest manufacturing company at a young age of 23 I achieved, which is far from the dreams of many. But then came the stage where I fell down to this killer disease of stress. I was getting engaged with my college love, suddenly things changed and she said yes to some other guy chosen by her parents. This news came as the shock of my life and I was badly affected. I started taking leaves fell ill and spend my days and nights thinking about her. Ultimately when I didn’t get any help to come out of this I started taking Alcohol in huge quantities and ended up losing my Job and got very far from my parents. She being a schoolteacher came out of it and is about to get married, soon I realized that’s not the end of world and started my fight with this and today after 6 months I got back my job and on the path of promotion. She is still there being a part of my thoughts but the stress of this is not affecting my life anymore.
Too much about myself now I will try to explain the stress factors and how to come out of this..
Stress can be of two types mental stress and Physical stress. Physical stress is one when we are over exhausted and do too much physical work without sufficient sleep. Ways to come out of physical stress is to take proper sleep and maintaining the work and rest ratio. This body cant work without proper rests so for the long run if we want to maintain a healthy life we need to work out the time of managing the work and taking proper rest.
MENTAL STRESS
This is the most dangerous disease once you become victim of this; it becomes too difficult to come out of it. Mental stress can be of innumerable types major factors as follows:
1) Stress of relations
2) Stress of money
3) Stress of Esteem
4) Stress of Job
Stress of relations is when either you are in one-sided love, or loose your love interest or may be your family life is not working fine. This stress will soon affect your daily work, you will loose your health, and your job/business will get affected. You may become addicted to Drugs, alcohol and ultimately you will fall down from the peak where you are. In these situations no one can help you other than you own. You are the best friend of yours and you are the best well-wisher of yours. Only you can help yourself to come out of this. Best way to tackle all this is to resolve the issues with your family, wife or your Girlfriend. If still things do not work or you are at a point of no return than just make sure this thing will not affect your everyday work. There is an old saying thinking about something is good but too much of everything is bad. If you keep thinking about the same you will end up at a point of no return. So help yourself. Come out of all this remembers, “WE CAN LIVE WITHOUT ANYONE, HOWSOVER IMP THAT PERSON IS, ITS JUST WE NEED TO ACCEPT THIS.”
Stress of Money
Another important factor that affects the routine life. Stress of money is the worst of them all. Cause here you do not have any control cause making easy money is not easy. You can come out of stress of relations but getting out of stress of money making is extremely difficult, until you start earning. So one advice here is “KEEP YOUR GOALS SHORT DNT DREAM OF MILLIONS WHEN U EARN IN THOUSANDS”. Start saving and reduce your money consumption. A bitter past makes way to a Bright Future.
Stress of Esteem.
This is another major factor of stress. When some one hits your self-esteem. Remember earning money is easy but earning back your lost esteem is very very difficult. Once you loose your esteem you may fall in the trap of the stress unless you are a kind of person having no self-esteem.
Stress of Job
Not getting promotions, working at a low profile not getting enough money, your work not being recognized are all factors, which leads to the stress of Job. The only way to get out of this is either to change the Job or keep working one day your work will defiantly be recognized.
I just end up this review with one golden rule. Human wants are in millions and they keep on growing with the passage of every day. This is natural. You cannot curb your demands but you can defiantly make urself content and happy with what you have and zeal for the betterment of your life. If you fall in the trap of stress you will find yourself at a point of no return and you will end up losing everything . So guys chill out relax and plan your future nothing is important than your life. You have in your hands the CREATION AND MOULDING of your life. So either you can make it or break it.
