I have attended the programs by Handwriting Institute India. I am posting a review based on mine and others’ experience as well. Please take a few minutes to read this review.
You can attend the free introductory seminar which happens almost every Sunday at Vasavi school. There, some people come on stage and praise HII(Handwriting Institute India) to the core i.e how it made difference to their lives etc. Please do not get brainwashed!
Handwriting Institute India has a basic course in handwriting analysis which lasts for 4 days. It costs around Rs 8000/-. It is a pure waste of money simply because, the things you are going to get out of the seminar are very few. One whole day is wasted in making jokes. The other 3 days you will only be given a few books. You don’t have to spend such a huge amount of money for those books. There are other very good books available in the market which will only cost you a few hundred rupees. Also the person who takes the seminar i.e Mr Rafiullah Baig is a very strict person during the seminar. He will mercilessly humiliate you and scold you in front of everybody if your phone rings in the middle of the seminar or if you have to leave the premises for some time. Your phone will be confiscated. What if you are expecting an important call? Do you want to be treated like a school kid?
Also, during the basic course, again people will come on stage to tell you about Certification course. Please do not get brainwashed again! Certification course after the basic course will cost you Rs 40, 000/-. Again I do not know whether the fee has been hiked. You have to attend a few classes of 3 or 4 hours each. It is a terrible waste of money and time and effort.
You will be given notes which are just a detailed explanation of the traits you learnt in the basic course. In addition you are required to collect 100 samples and analyze them. I know for a fact that 30% of the people in every batch who join the certification course, cannot complete it because they realize that it is all hype or because they simply do not have the time. They would have already paid the full amount and HII will not return the money. Just imagine the amount of money these people are making!
I need to mention that both during basic and certification course, they attempt to give advise on self development giving the reason that they focus on the holistic needs of the individual.(There is even an aerobics session in the basic course). My query is why do they have to name the institute as Handwriting Institute, if that is the case? Let them concentrate on handwriting analysis first. Any person with a healthy self esteem will rebel against such things.
HII survives only on aggressive marketing. It is all hype and hoopla and no substance. To sum it all up, HII is definitely not worth your hard earned money! It can be better used for other purposes like your child’s education or investment etc.
