On reporting to the Hans Travels Counter on 24 Sep 2016(for journey to Jaipur) at Fazalganj Kanpur, it was told that today’s bus is cancelled. Refund for the Bus Ticket will be automatically done.
No refund received in spite of several emails and calls made on the contact number 9424388888 till date i.e. 06/10/2016. I have narrated all the story on 29/09/16 after seeing no response to my email which was sent on 25/09/2016.The person attending the phone put the same on hold and cut after a short while. On repeated call I told him you have not asked my PNR No. even after listening all the details how will you able to address my issue. He said please tell. When I told him the same he said that Bus has gone on the same day. When I strongly negated the same, he told that wait, refund takes a week. Now its 06/10/2016 no refund/response till date. If Hans Travels is cheating to its customers!
Very embarrassing. Consumer Forum is the next step now.
