I started using this because my friends were using this and I used think that if use this then my teeth will become white but I was wrong.
After using this happydent regular 2 month I didn’t see any changes in my teeth. I think it just a gum you can use it for as a mouth freshener.
The only thing that I like this that it test really good its mint flaver is like something you can chew it all the day long. But I dont know if it has a side effect if you use it all the day. Overall if you only want a gum to chew you can use it but if you think it will make your teeth healthy and strong and white then I don’t think you should go for it.
