Worst service, Pathetic Experience.. Stay away with HappyEasyGo.. I wish I could give less than 1 star..


Booked flight ticket for March 4, amount deducted, payment processed, No PNR, No ticket confirmation.. When all other booking websites/Apps will get you the PNR for the booked tics immediately, only this HEG will take more than 14-15 hours after payment processing, to just let you know that the airlines have increased the price & booking cannot be done. All this will happen only if you rigorously follow-up with their customer care 5-10times in that 14-15hrs of their processing time.. Post that they will insist you to cancel the ticket from your end, for God’s sake you don’t cancel the tic from your end, you let them cancel & process your refund for the amount you paid.. Refund processing takes another 5-7 business days, if you are lucky.. I read comments where customers didn’t get their money even after 3 months..Phew!!! So in that way, they will hold your money for whatsoever days, earn interest & pay their very very very efficient customer care officers who greet you nicely, have every info of your booking, previous calls data etc etc, & keep saying until 5-6th call that, booking will be confirmed in next 1hrs, 2hrs & even 4hrs.. With my personal experience, I beg people, not to fall prey to these HEG & their name sake discounts. Even if it’s 100-200bucks more, pls book on Goibibo or MMT or any other trusted partners to get your confirmed booking once your payment is confirmed..
