I had booked a flight from Mumbai to bagdogra for 3 ... Unfortunately due to price surge the booking wasn’t confirmed... I got in touch with customer support on chat with a guy named Vishnu.... (BTW their phone support doesn’t work)
He helped with processing the refund for rs. 27000/- I must admit looking at the reviews I was afraid I wouldn’t get the refund amount... As per the chat I was to get the refund within 7 days, but with every passing day, my hope kept diminishing
But guess what, they did refund the full amount, that too in 3 days
Kudos guys, if you keep valuing your customers you will go great lengths.. Keep it up
