So recently I made a flight booking through happygoeasy site and I mistakenly booked on the wrong date so I immediately applied for the cancellation and I mailed them about the refund, to my surprise they replied saying the cancellation charges are higher than my paid amount and so I won’t be getting any refund. Well my 4k went down the stream just like that. And the airline was vistara. I have mailed them about the cancellation charges so as soon as I get the reply from the airlines I’ll be updating my review. Overall I should have went for a much trusted third party than this website.
Although if provide services at eye catching price but their refund policy is a total frauds. I should have looked at the reviews before booking through happygoeasy. Very sad and bad experience.
