Hey everyone who so ever is reading my review first of all thanks you are reading my review today I am here to share my view on harbans book depot which is located at amritsar this book store has a very good location any one can easily found it but it has less number of working staff which causes delay in customer service plus they have huge collection of the books but don’t have the books which gains constmer attention like latest books and novels plus their books are so unorganised and messy which makes it difficult for customerand their staff members to find the book and due to unorganised books they took more time of customer to find the books and most of the times they dont find the required book so it feels like we have wasted our time plus they don’t have the facility of homedelivery of books so that consumer can call and ask them about the availability of books so that they dont have to waste their time in visiting the store if the dont have the books so I hope they will start the services of home delivery plus call availability option to save customer time and this option will be very benifitable in this lockdown period .so for now I am warning you all to visit this store at your own risk but they lack the customer supports and books collection but their range of books is really very good
