Harbhajan Singh , 20 year old spinner from Julandhar City has drawn the attention of media for his controversial bowling action . He got the head line of sports page for repulsion from National Cricket Academy. But Harbhajan Singh is the only Indian Bowler who achieved Hat-trick in test cricket. Not only that , against Australia he bagged 32 wickets in 3 matches. It is magical performance what he describes as fruit of hard work. He was man of the series and main architect of winning Border-Gavaskar Trophy. But all this happened in Indian soil.
Harbhajan Singh first play big match against Australia in Visakhapattanam in 1998 for India ‘A’ and got one wicket of Slater. Before this series he played 8 matches but he was never farm. And at present there are spinners like Niles Kulkarni , Sunil Joshi , Bharadwaj are in reserve bench.. It is not easy task to continue with this performance. Above all expectation from him is increased. Harbhajan has to bear this burden.
