Hard Rock Cafe Bangalore’s staff sucks, they’re highly rude and inappropriate. This one time this obnoxious waiter gave me and my friends such a hard time. Just getting the staff to dance to YMCA is not enough, they should be taught how to deal with customers and be civil to them! I used to go to HRC every other week but now it’s the last place I wanna be at!
This one time my friends and I were hanging out and this waiter walks up to our table and asked me if I was done with my beer and even before I could say anything, he reached out to my drink and took it away and while leaving commented saying "do whatever you need to do fast". We’re all well aware of the fact that places in Bangalore shut down by 11.30 PM but to snatch my drink away like that was just cheap.
The guy even refused to apologize and there were plenty of other people drinking and everyone just seemed annoyed by the way that waiter behaved. We pay for our drinks and follow the club rules, its about time HRC started to treat its customers with a little respect!
