I have visited the showroom as it is authorized Maruti suzuki car dealer to purchase a brand new car inquiry.
Below are my observations
1-Accessiblity
It is only the Authorized Maruti suzuki dealer from Mulund to Ghatkopar as a result it is moderately crowded on weekdays as people prefer maruti suzuki cars because of it maintenance and low cost margin.You visit this place as it is 10 mins away frm Nahur station.
2-Customer Service
THey will greet with snacks and refreshments and also provide you the details and brochure of the car in which your interested.They have good team of sales person who are knowledgeable related to their field.They provided good test drive for Celerio and showed me the various features internally/externally of the car.We booked Celerio VXI model through them with 3 months waiting period.
3-Payment & Loan process
They provide a hassle free loan process through the customer desk they have at their office and helped us to get loan amount as soon as possbile.
4-Delivery timeline
As it was 3 months waiting period for Celerio but they process our request quickly after loan approval due to which our car was delivered in 2.5 months.
5-Accessories service
We have taken accessories package for our car which was offered to us at a reasonable price.
Overall, their team serve their best to get our first car keys in our hands.
