Please treat this review as the important one before going with this Fraud Company Hari Packers and Movers. Sunil Chaudhary(don’t even know whether this is his real name as he says) is the fraud person who claims himself as the owner of this company. This guy is such a pathetic person with no credibility. I’ll tell you my story. I wanted to transfer my important stuff as well as personal belongings to my hometown from Pune so I searched on google and found the number n I called him. He said that within 4-5 days he will send my stuff and told me per bag would cost 1k and if we take the box from him then it would be 1.5k. He said it would be the door to door delivery meaning he would pick my stuff and would deliver it to my home. He didn’t explain his terms and conditions thing to me. I said fine and asked him to send 4 boxes and I would send 2 bags along with the boxes. He said you’ll first need to do the booking of 1k for which I was ok but he gave his number and asked me to pay via GPay. Once done, this guy started to show his real nature.
I was calling him continuously for the transfer of my stuff. He gave me the time of 11 AM and came for it till 4 PM. By that time I had already packed my bags and was waiting for the boxes and guess what he brought boxes of companies like Lays and Cheetos, I mean he was not having any labeled Box of his company. I put all my stuff in these boxes and he sealed it with Sellotape and said proper packaging would be done for this in his warehouse. Now, he and his men took my stuff and here is the thing.. This guy Sunil Chaudhary started me for demanding of money, I said I would give you half and will give you remaining amount once I receive my stuff at my hometown but he started forcing that this needs to be done and every company works like this only so I thought I would give him the money. Now here is the cheap act of this fraud person, he says you have to take insurance and make it Mandatory.
Also, he adds some additional insurance which I found completely fishy so I strongly rejected about it then he said ok but the first insurance is mandatory and by such worst act this bud takes money which is more than reputed packers such as Agarwal where live tracking and other good facilities are available. Now my stuff is already with him and I already had given him the money. Now what... I waited for 4-5 days but thought let’s wait for 2 days more so after a week I called Sunil and he said he would check about it and would call back. He didn’t. The next day I called him, his response was it will be delivered to you till tomorrow and this continued daily and this chap started to reject my call every time I call him and that was so much mental harassment for me. I asked this BC that give me driver’s number for which he initially was not eager to but gave someone’s number which was switched off and guess what that number was from Rajasthan and this guy Sunil also claims to be from Rajasthan, so I was sure that he gave his friend’s number to avoid my phone calls. So, it was almost 15 days and I didn’t receive my stuff. Now, I was moving to new city so thought to wait and will think about what action to be taken once reached to the new city and guess what I received a call from a driver who was outside the city limits and asked me my home address, I was finally relieved that I would get my stuff delivered to home but then the driver asked me that he would keep the stuff to a warehouse and you have to collect it.
I got so angry and immediately called Sunil, he said he would look into this new will call back but he never used to so I called that driver twice or thrice for home delivery and this B@$d Sunil was not picking my call to give justification. Finally, I was frustrated and called the driver and asked him where is the warehouse and give me the address. That Truck driver explained to me how this guy is fooling his customers. This BC Sunil Chaudhary asks the drivers to send the stuff to his associated Warehouse and the owner will come and collect. I was having no choice but to ask my Dad(65yrs old) to go and collect the stuff. My poor dad requested a five wheeler driver to take the stuff to my home and that driver took 500 rs for this... I called this Fraud B@#₹@₹D Sunil and got angry on him but it was of no use... Guys, please please please please don’t send your important stuff with this crap Sunil Chaudhary and if allowed, I would use unlimited abusive words for this guy. Please send your important stuff with reputed and professional services and please avoid these kinds of fraud, fake, unprofessional service providers. I have also attached the pics about how his packing quality is.
Please see from your end only, this waste fellow broke the stand of my trolley bag and also, see the conditions of the box. Here only two pics could be uploaded otherwise totally I have 6 pics out of which one is of a broken lock of my trolley bag and rest is of the box conditions which shows his pathetic service.
Guys, I would sincerely urge you to avoid this idiot and do not take any of his services.
