Hi,
I visited this place to service my bike. I gave him the complaint which I was having:
Complaint 1:
The head light was not properly adjusted. I cannot see the long range objects, since it was directly facing floor within 6-7 feets.
Complaint 2:
The chain was making noise which needs to be tightened.
Complaint 3:
Dimming lights
This was the major complaint and I asked them to do it apart from a regular service.
All they did was just wax, water wash, changed oil. The major complaint were never checked. I asked them to check those again after a test drive, they said "it'll take another 3 to 4 days to check that".
I went out from that place with frustration by paying 800 rs for nothing.
Then I showed my bike to local mechanic and he fixed it within few mins.
Bad experience from a Honda service center. Even the sales guy there convinced me to buy a annual maintenance book to get discounts for rs 500, which I bought and never used it afterwards.
Total 800+ 500 rs lost that day without any purpose. Give or take oil, water wash and wax could be a little useful, which won't cross 500 rs in a local mechanic shop.

.Employees will not listen to your complaints, They will assume and work.
Even one of my friend had bought a new bike and received same costumer handling. So you should improve a lot.
