The dealer sales staff is superb. From my test drive to final purchase they went out of the way to adjust to my requests like time, delivery place, etc. They made me feel a valued customer, whose time and needs Ford respects. The Fiesta Petrol itself has been a beauty to drive.
But I did face two problems so thought would warn other friends to be cautious. One was that another Ford dealer was offering Rs. 6000/- less in cash plus kind. I was assured by Harpreet Ford-Dilshad Garden that I will be adequately compensated through a surprise at the time of delivery and I won’t be at a loss. And now when dealers are giving freebies, sweets, snaps, petrol and what not to impress customers, what to say of 6000/-, they did not give me enough petrol to drive more than 23 kilometre. It was really shocking after all the wonderful experience I had with their staff. I would totally blame their management for going back on their words.
Second problem was that I got my RC after several reminders and after around 5-6 months. The only difference was that I had requested them to get me a Haryana number for which I had a valid photo id card. They even charged extra for that and thn made me follow up 100’s of times before finally handing over RC that too after I formally complained to their customer support centre.
