Guess whos back, back AGAIN? Harrys back bring a friend..................
One of the most anticipated Novels in history came out some time back. And anyone who has ever seriously considered himself a book reader went out and bought himself a copy of Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince. Now the Novel was wildly awaited for there was speculation of a pivotal character dying by the end of the book and Harry reaching his mid teens. Well the character did die and Harry did reach his teens. But the point that needs to be discussed is that did the right character die.. my analysis NO. Now that Harry is nearing his manhood does he have frequent mood swings and crushes?. NO. Maybe because he is a wizard and not to mention the chosen one. I must say I found the novel a tad disappointing. Yes JK Rowling does build up the suspense of the half blood prince very well. And to be honest I was surprised to find out whom the half blood prince was as well. But did that actually make the book worth my hard earned money. Not really. I feel it will make a good movie and it seems that Rowling was probably thinking of the movie when she wrote this one instead of making it a novel. My suggestion to Rowling. Stick to story writing NOT screenplay writing. I am deliberately holding back a majority of the story because I believe that is killing the suspense. However a character that was missing was Voldermot and I was bitterly disappointed about that. The usually antics were present however really harry should have gotten a little more action in the women department. And honestly Rowling seems to be in a predicament if she is writing a childrens book or one for the universal reader.
