Harry Potter and The Half-baked Prince-JK Howling

Well, I was looking forward to reading the sixth book in the Potter series with lot of excitement but it was a dampner.

The book plot starts with Harry Potter convincing a magician to join Hogwart as a teacher - however purpose was unknown. The character of this teacher comes across as a Pompous, self-centered guy & not a person of wisdom.

The young Malofy is a Death-eater but how & why - reasons are not clear -what about how he met Voldemort.

The Magic Potion book which Harry Potter finds has some sinister reason to be found only by Potter but till the end nothing is clear.

Potter has always his own doubts about Snape’s loyalty, but a wise magician like Dumbledore always dismisses it lightly.

The last pages on journey taken to search for the lost part of Voldemort’s immortality seems to be written in too much of a hurry . The plot seems disjointed.

So, after reading the first five books, I really howled not because we lost Dumbledore but because I was disappointed in the book.
