I am a huge Harry potter(book) fan & have re-read all the books & watched all the movies until now.
I think that Harry Potter & Half Blood Prince is the best book in the seires - It brings out Voldermort’s character, his story, why everyone is so terrified of him & why exactly did he want to kill Harry Potter. And how can we forget about his Horcruxes.
The book is a page turner & while I was reading it, I always wanted to watch the movie to see how the visual aspect of the story. But, was dissapointed.
The book has all the required masala of friendhip, love, mystery & puzzle. But movie fails to engross you in any of the above.
The worst part is them changing some of the most imp facts & missing out on some of the essentials to show Veldermort’s character(which is very important to kill him!).
Therefore, my suggestion to all Harry Potter book lovers - Stay with the book, you get a better visual aspect than the movie.
