Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s stone is the first book of the book written by J.K Rowling. It is the first book of the series Harry Potter and published in 1997.
In the story there is a 10 year old boy named Harry Potter who lives at his uncle’s house. He gets admitted to the magic school Hogwarts and become friends with Ron and Hermione, other 2 students of the same house. In their first year they had some serious adventures and are faced off against the dark lord Voldemort, who his living in another’s body.
The story, though quite dramatic, quite absurd and illogical sometimes. I don’t like to read fantasy stories and I didn’t like this one either. I don’t recommend this book to anyone.
