Third book the best yet

Since starting the first Harry Potter book I haven’t been able to stop reading them. The third one is the best yet!

Harry Potter is a wizard whose parents were killed when he was a baby. He goes to live with his Aunt and Uncle (normal muggle people) who he hates. Harry always looks forward to term time because he goes to Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry with his two best friends Ron and Hermione.

Lots of new things are introduced in this book including new lessons. They start Divination Hermione starts taking Muggle Studies. There are also some new teachers and Hagrid even starts teaching!!

The story in this book is about Sirius Black who has escaped from Azkaban prison. Everyone thinks he is after Harry after helping to kill his parents and Harry is watched by everyone to make sure he is kept safe. Black is captured again but is the story about his parents correct? There’s also the Quiddich matches keeping Harry busy, Gryffindor really want to win this year. One match is ruined when a Dementor (Azkaban prison guard) turns up and Harry has one of his funny turns.

As with the first two Harry Potter books the story captures you from the start. Once you start reading this book you’ll have to carry on with it! You can really get involved with the story, wish I was a witch!!! Everything is described in great detail so you can really imagine the backgrounds.

I can’t think of anything bad about this book. It’s not just for kids, all ages will enjoy it. You do have to have read the first two books first to be able to understand everything.

I am ready to start the fourth book now, and the latest one out at the moment. Hopefully J.K. Rowling will finish another one while I am reading the fourth one, it’s thicker than the rest so maybe it will take me longer!
