Double Double toil and trouble

The story

Well having successfully read the book about 18 times I can safely say that I love this book. It is a unique Harry Potter book as Harry doesn’t meet Voldemort in this book. That is what I like about this book it shows some sort of happiness for Harry whereasin the first book Harry thinks he has defeated Voldemort but knows that Voldemort will return. In the secong book Harry thinks he has defeated Voldemort but is later told that Voldemort shall return. But in POA harry doesn’t meet Voldemort, he meets his Godfather, his father’s dearest friend Sirius Black. The New Directer and the other new stuff.

The direction of this film is really good. I think I speak for everyone when I say that the fast pace was a plus in the movie. Though the fact that they didnt show any of the fun Harry has in Diagon Alley is definately a down side. One of the best parts of the book was the freedom Harry enjoys in the wizarding street. the new directers skills shined through in the movie which is close to perfection. I really liked the way the relationship between the main threesome was shown. I really enjoyed watching the protective nature of the three for each other and also their fondness for each other which didn’t show much in the first two movies.

Daniel Radcliffe WOW! I was a fan before but I think his performance as the thirteen year old in this movie was really amazing. I think all those people who critisised Daniel’s weight in the past won’t have anything to critisise now as he is slim and trim. In the Chamber of secrets Daniel’s performance let us down, but this time it looks like he is working hard to keep the job of Harry.

Cool performances by all. I really enjoyed the dominating performances by Rupert (Ron) and Emma (Hermione). Gary (Sirius) was kind of a let down as Sirius to begin with but as the film progressed he started to fit into the role.
