I would like to share my experience with the HR interview process at Harvest International School. Unfortunately, it did not align with my expectations, given the school’s strong reputation.
During the interview, I interacted with Ms. Deepa from the HR team, whose sarcastic tone and lack of professionalism created an uncomfortable environment. This was quite disappointing, especially in an educational institution where professionalism and respect should be paramount.
Additionally, the negotiation process felt unstructured and unprofessional, resembling a bargaining exchange rather than a constructive discussion on salary and benefits. As an experienced teacher, I expected a more thoughtful acknowledgment of my qualifications and contributions.
While Harvest International School is undoubtedly an excellent institution for students, my experience with the hiring process was disheartening. I hope the management takes necessary steps to improve the recruitment experience, ensuring a more respectful and professional approach for future candidates.
