They have pathetic customer services. No body listen to you, my internet connection is down from last 24 hours and they didn’t even bother to rectify the issue at all besides calling many times. They make lame excuses and now their contact numbers are not reachable. They are not even provide yo the reason for no connection of internet.
Worse ever broadband service. Stay away from them.
Better get the other providers who can listen your concern.
