I got Hathway 5 years ago when broadband was new. At first it used to be good, but in the past year their quality steadily degraded.
Their website is a joke, and is never updated. Their customer care is a bigger joke. Their numbers never work. When one finally works someone picks up and tells you to call another number. When you finally get through, different employees give you different schemes.
Their net disconnects extremely frequently, especially while downloading torrents. The final straw was when they implemented a Fair Usage Policy of 20GB/Month for Unlimited Plans. I changed to MTNL the very next month.
Good riddance to bad rubbish.
