I got the connection in bangalore Ramamurthynagar on Jan30th 2024, they said without paying the amount they would not be able to proceed so I said I will make the payment for 400mbps link 1179. After that, they said the technician would come and fit the router. They fixed the router only in the evening. They said it would take few minutes to get activated. I have been waiting till now(Jan31st 1.33PM) and tried calling the one who sold the connection to me more than 40 to 50 times. He is not picking up the phone at all. My mistake to take the hathway connection. I recommend not taking this connection. Because there is no professional approach. When somebody is calling who paid the full amount they didn’t pick up the call even though it is more than 40 times its cheating. I am going to file a case against these people. Hathway you are spoiling your name by keeping this kind of people in your company. I give the number(701957xxxx and 974090xxxx). The person’s name Gopal Sales.
