I have brought HATHWAYS internet broaband connection last four months ago.It was "HD 3 stream 25 GB" plan for three months at Rs.3435.Along with free wifi D-link 615 router.
At first 25GB I was told that 50Mbps speed will be given after that for unlimited data with 10Mbps speed will be given .
No issues for first 25GB.After that speed was drastically reduced to 10Kbps, simple 2G data plans are more faster than that.
Every time when I called to customer care they gave repetitive following same answers.
2)Our line is under construction .
Last but the least if they offer you a free wifi router then don’t trust them.It’s MAC address is registered it can be only connected to HATHWAYS services .It will be not connected to other broadband or your PCs.
They uses above cheap tricks to make you fool and will make you to continue the service.
So, guys please don’t buys HATHWAYS connection it will be complete waste of your money.
