Dear All,
I have paid 3 months rental in advance and took Hathway Internet connection, after 15 days the service stopped.
I have raised the complaint in Customer care which they promptly closed saying that no issue from their side,
I have raised the complaint again and finally a technical support guy found that MAC add is entered wrongly in their system and after that there is no answer from him also.
These people are real non professionals its been 6th day without internet connection.
Even the so called Nodal officer wont care to reply to the complaint.
Guys dont take this connection . its good for nothing, if you are using it for business purpose you are in real trouble.
