Hi, I have been using Hathway for more than two months. The best part of their service is, u cannot keep on availing it of even for one week continuously.U will be compelled to call their customer care every one or two days.
Today, When Im writing this feedback on 21/09/2015, It has been 15 days since I have used the broadband. Im calling them 4-5 times daily, raised more then 5 case IDs with them, visited three Hathway Offices, got 5 technicians numbers, but I got is nothing but consolation saying U services will be restored withing next 24 hours.
I assume they follow different time zone where it takes more than 15 days to complete 24 hours and that is the reason the services are not restored.
The most pathetic part is their technicians, they are so technically sound that they cant find out what the actual issue is, one technician says your modem is not working, another will say there is some connection issue particularly in your locality.Give a call for every 5 minutes and you will get a new issue reported from their end.
I mailed to their nodal Manager for the same issue, he escalated it to his technical team, but the condition is still same.
