I have been using hathway for less than a year and now looking for a new provider. Hathway speed and packages are good and attractive. However the service in alkapoor township, manikonda area is bad. It seems they don’t have sufficient batteries to provide power backup. the connection is down with each power-cut. It happen so often that the connection is unusable.
