I had applied for Hathway broadband connection after seeing an advertisement. The only mistake I had done is not researched about this company.
After broadband being installed. I had not faced any issue for 2-3 days. The speed was also good at 10 mbps. After 2 days the speed went down drastically. I had contacted customer care and they promised me to resolve this problem very soon.
Next day an agent of Hathway arrives and resolved the problem. Again after a day same problem had arrived again I had talk to their customer care but this they ask me to pay some visiting charges. I denied and after some request for getting it fixed they suggested me to turn off the router and turn it on. I had do it again and again but the problem is still not fixed at all
I am very disappointed with Hathway and will not recommend at all.
