Frequent Disconnection, Very Low Upload Speed in Bangalore Electronic City. They dont have proper network backbone, so please dont get new connections.
I am totally dissatisfied their customer care, whenever I call they tell to restart the modem, then they create complaint no, and service technician call me, he tell rectified the issue, close the complaint, after 2 days again the same problem come, again i’ve to call customer care, spend 15min again same answers. its a cycle.
In my layout all are facing same problem, they took 3months advance payment, so I had to look another ISP after 2 months.
