Scary customer service
Upon sending a broadband connection request, the Hathway team contacted me immediately and the executive was at my home and collected the payment in no time.
Unfortunately, thats where the promptness ended. The executive promised me that the wiring will be done the very next day and the connection will be ready a day after that.
3 days passed since he visited my place, and I am still waiting for something to happen. Even the wiring have not been done.
You guys want to start with such a bad impression? Seriously?!
Please dont give promises that you cant deliver(However small it is); so that we can set our expectations accordingly.
And any actions to make the connection happen is much appreciated!
