Their Coustmer support is also noce as Hathway Net9 Branch is located near Prabhadevi it helps to launch a complaint. They Give free wifi routers by advancing 1000rs And getting cashback. I dont know about other areas but it gives fastest surfing and downloading in Mumbai at Dadar.
