From an Unhappy Hathway customer
I am sorry but in my dictionary, "unlimited" means no limit, not 50 or 60GB, and definitely not 25GB. FAIR enough that u forgot to mention ur "FAIR usage policy" at the time of installation or applying. already u have devised one ingenious way of login that stops download after every couple of hours.
There r so many customer contact points and its overwhelming when not one of them respond to your complaints. But once again I am mustering all my courage to write to you that either refund me my money or make things right.
