There is no system for redressal of complaints.I have tried to lodge a complaint on the service provided by the agency but till now I had failed to lodge my complaint as the toll free number customer care number, helpline number and the numbers of few agents given are either invalid or not responding to my calls .I will not recommend anyone to take a new connection from hathway as my experience with them over the last two years had been horrible to say he least .there agents always make tall promises at the time of giving new connections, the customers receives numeres messages and repeated phone calls so long they do not take a broadband connection from hathway but, they get hardly any response from their representatives once they have made the payment.
