This is complaint against -Deepak with contact number 6335. He refused to help me. He gave me a call center number which dint worked. I called him back he said he was not concerned he asked me to help myself by raiseing token from site. I could not figure that out. He disconnected right away I kept calling he never picked. I called from other number he picked immediately and said someone will come. Din’t mention who is coming when hez coming. I had very important meetings and my net wasn’t working.I had to travel to office. I felt extremely helpless regreted trusting Hathaway.
Deepak’s behavior was extremely unacceptable.
I demand Appolgy from him. He was extremely rude to me.
Plz help me out here.
