Their sales people never mention this nor is this mentioned anywhere on Hathway.com. They have an automatic log out feature in their Delhi unit (I don’t know about other areas) which doesn’t work correctly.
It logs out of the internet every 30 minutes even if you are using it. They claim this is a security feature but refuse to disable it even when the customer doesn’t want this security because it is a big nuisance.
They charge extra 110 rs / month to disable the automatic log out saying that you need a static IP for the same.
This is dishonest marketing and they should tell this to the customer before getting their connection and add it to their website.
Their customer service is very poor and they don’t respond after multiple emails and phone calls. I would strongly recommend asking about the same before taking a Hathway broadband connection.
