This review is for Hathway (Mira road). Services are very poor, dailt 2 hours downtime in morning hours.
While contacting Mira road office, staff is very rude and said if you want you can shift to other isp. If there is a provision to upload audio file, I would have posted the entire tele conversation with rude Hathway guy.
