Please trust me guys don’t take the hathway internet broadband at all. Trust me it’s the worst THING
1)CHEATERS AT THEIR BEST (they gave me 6+2 months plan for 6500/- and then they disconnected my Internet on the 6th month when they clearly said 2 months will be added when you take this huge plan
2) vry slow speed (when they give u the plan of 50MBPS it’s barely 5mbps)
3)wrost plans and expensive af when compared to other Internet services
4) I should keep it above all but the customer service is EXTREMELY HORRIBLE( they don’t have a toll free number so charges are applied.. they delay your issue to 3 weeks and yet don’t solve it at all. I called them ’everyday’ and it always charged 15rs of talking to the customer service but never solved the problem, I gave the company all the needed proofs of receipts and everything.. E-Mailed them 3-4 times but they never care about it, and give you false affirmation (jhute dave). THEY WANT MONEY THAT’S IT. For taking the amount the employee comes to your house in less than 2 hours to take the money and then they forget everything. I AM HIGHWAY DISAPPOINTED AND WOULD NEVER TAKE THIS SHITTY NETWORK
