Very very bad service.No value for customer.

I am facing the internet issue from past 7 days. I have raised a complaint and called so many times. They are closing the issue in 2 days.


And creating the new request without resolving. If we call to customer care they will keep on hold for 20  so long. I called customer care so many times and made me to wait 20 mins each time.


They don’t understand customer problem and no urgency from their point of view. I don’t have words to explain the frustration I got from their service.
