Fooling the existing customers wither high cost pl

My previous review regarding the speed has been resolved. They are maintaining the speed now. Very low speed drops.


The new issue is they are charging very high for existing customers and giving reduced prices and higher speeds to new customers.


This looks like a new strategy. They call up and say an offer is available but never send it over an SMS or email making sure we never refer it back with a proof. They have promised me with 2 month free with 6 months renewal and after renewal they are denying there is no such offer given to you. Even after following up same answer is given.


More to it they have new plans within a months of renewl of month plan, they are offering 50% higher speed and 30% lower price.


All this looks like they don’t want to retain existing customers just want new customers.


I can show it with proofs of new plans being much cheaper than the one given to me.
