Dont make the same mistake that I made, despite other better broadband connections giving better service at lower prices, I made the mistake of opting for a hathway connection and it really has been a nightmare . It the connection was alright for the first month(not working for a few days in between).
But on the for the past 13 days my net has not been working and even after repeated complaints on customer support was provided, the customer executives repeat the same mugged up lines and disconnect . My attempt to take to manager was even more futile as:-
1) they just make you hold until you get frustrated and cut the call or
2) they make you hold till your mobile balance finishes or
3) if you are patient enough and have just recharged and called them like I did they will cut the call on you . the customer care executives are just indifferent to your problem and arrogant.
