This is with reference to my hathway broadband connection, 9th Dec 2019 was renewal date n I have renewed the same by paying charges with the link provided by hathway Co.
Even after paying money, hathway has disconnected connection saying payment not made, I have called customer care and provided all necessary info n service I’d for that payment and also screenshot of bank statement.
They took request and raise a serive ticket I’d and its still going on upto today (15th Dec 2019)!!!!
Their customer care agents knw nly to give assurance saying it will get it done in 24 hours mrng, evening etc!! And there supervisor Sucks they don’t have anything expect supporting their agents.
Even its 6 days n continuing issue is not yet resolved ??
