As I am one of the shareholders of Hathway, I approached them for a fibrenet broadband connection, despite seeing some negative feedbacks about their service.
After many unattended calls, finally I was given a reference no 215802 & was told that their representative will contact and arrange for the connection to be given on the same day as the area I live is supported by them.
However, nothing happened from Hathway’s side for the next 2 days. I contacted them again and and I was promised that I would definitely be contacted on the same day and connection will come within 3 days.
A week has passed and absolutely NO RESPONSE from Hathway. I am even ashamed to be a shareholder of such non responsive organization. I wonder what will be the experience of people who have taken the service and awaiting response forever
